Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, services, and content provided by AU Ventures, including AI Agency Mastery and AI Agency Accelerator. By enrolling in any program or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated policies, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our programs. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Login

Students are required to create an account to access purchased programs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be completed in full before access to programs is granted.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy:
    • AI Agency Mastery: Refunds available within 15 days of enrollment only.
    • AI Agency Accelerator: Full refund within 60 days if no results are achieved, subject to proof of full implementation of the program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, templates, and coaching resources are the exclusive property of AU Ventures. You may not reproduce, share, or resell our content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing or reselling course access.
  • Engaging in plagiarism or copying program materials.
  • Using our services for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

We provide education, tools, and strategies, but results may vary depending on individual effort and implementation. AU Ventures does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AU Ventures shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
